Manchester United have confirmed that Leny Yoro has returned to individual training, in extremely fantastic news for the club and supporters.
United signed Yoro in the summer from Ligue 1 outfit Lille in a deal worth around £52m.
It’s believed that the Red Devils warded off significant competition from the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool to land one of the best defensive prospects in Europe.
Yoro made his unofficial bow for the club in pre-season, featuring for 45 minutes against Rangers at Murrayfield. Unfortunately, he picked up an injury in the subsequent match against Arsenal.
He has been out since but recently gave an update on his fitness, indicating that a return to action may not be too far off.
United have now released a statement indicating that the Frenchman is back on the grass.

The club statement read, “Manchester United defender Leny Yoro has been pictured passing a significant milestone in his bid to recover from the foot operation he underwent during the summer.”
“Our no.15 has now progressed to the next phase in the process, as the photographs above document his first day back out on the grass at our Carrington base.”
“There is plenty of work still to do for the centre-back and he will begin the transition to group training when he is ready.”
United insist that a competitive debut for Yoro is not imminent, suggesting that he will be gently eased back into the mix.
Indeed, Yoro himself took to Instagram to tease his return.
The teenager posted a video of himself taking part in an individual session at Carrington.
A previous report covered by The Peoples Person claimed that Yoro confided to those close to him that his goal is to be fully fit and available to Ten Hag for selection for United’s crucial fixture against Arsenal at the beginning of December.
